Yesterday, while looking for yellow objects, I noticed that ocher colored photographs seem to be quite rare. Well, even taking randomness into account, I hope using the Kurious Kamera on brown creatures will help you build up this particular color.
Pigeons. Yes, pickaxes are considered brown creatures despite being grayish, so you just need to go outside Monstadt, on the long bridge there is always a nice group of pigeons. Just be careful not to get too close to it, as they could run away, so stay at a distance and use the camera zoom to collect a lot of photographs.
Another brown creature is represented by the most common of all monsters, that is Hilichurls, mitachurls and lawachurls. They are found practically everywhere in the Teyvat region, but I advise you to start following your daily missions, in one or two missions you will certainly face a small group of these enemies.
