As we can read in the official forum of CD PROJEKT RED the new Cyberpunk 2077 patch is out, the patch is equal in size to the version number, that is 1.1GB.

Cyberpunk 1.1 patch 2077 is now available for PC, console and Stadia!
In this update we have focused on various game stability improvements, which you can find listed in the update notes below. We will continue to work on this in patch 1.2 and other subsequent updates. At the same time, we will continue to fix bugs and listen to your feedback on how to improve the overall gaming experience.
Stability
Various stability improvements, including:
- Memory usage improvements in various game systems: characters, interactions, navigation, in-game videos (news, tv, etc ...), foliage, laser effects, mini-map, devices, AI, road traffic, damage system environmental, GPU related and more.
- Various crash fixes (related, among other things, to loading save games, opening / closing the game and point of no return).
Missions / Open world
- Fixed an issue that resulted in Delamain's holocalls not being received when approaching target vehicles in Epistrophy.
- Fixed an issue that caused Delamain's holocalls to close immediately and be unable to answer in Epistrophy.
- Fixed an issue that caused the objective to freeze in the “Answer Mister Hands Call” stage in M'ap Tann Pelen.
- Fixed an issue that caused Judy's teleportation underground in Pyramid Song.
- Fixed an issue that prevented dialogue with the Zen Master in Poem of the Atoms.
- Fixed an issue that prevented Takemura from holo calling in Down on the Street.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent getting out of the car in The Beast in Me: The Big Race.
- Fixed an issue that caused Jackie to disappear in The Recovery.
- Fixed an issue that could prevent you from receiving holocalls and messages after straying too far from the mission area in A Day in the Life.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the mission from updating after opening the package in Space Oddity.
- Retro-compatibly corrected saves that were damaged by a rare issue that made it impossible to talk to Judy due to an invisible wall in Automatic Love. We are still investigating the problem.
- Fixed an issue that prevented the reward in Contract: Freedom of the Press from being redeemed. The mission will automatically complete for those who could not collect the reward in the past, and the reward will be provided automatically.
- Fixed an issue that kept Delamain silent if V initially refused to help him in Epistrophy.
Interface
- Fixed an issue that could cause the exit command from braindance to disappear.
- Removed an invalid item from loot.
Graphics
- Fixed an issue that caused the trajectory of grenades to be displayed in photo mode.
- Fixed an issue that resulted in V's wearing clothes being removed after saving and reloading the game.
- Fixed an issue that resulted in the particle hue to be displayed in pink when viewed closely.
- Fixed an issue that resulted in cars incorrectly spawning in Reported Crime: Welcome to Night City.
Aims
Fixed an issue that could sometimes prevent The Jungle achievement from completing after completing all contracts and activities in Santo Domingo.
Various
- Fixed an issue that made saves too large (related to the modifier indicating a created object) and reduced the excessive size of existing saves. (Note: this will not fix PC saves that were damaged prior to 1.06 update)
- Fixed an issue that blocked input logging after opening the Weapon Wheel and performing an action.
- Fixed an issue that caused an endgame save to load incorrectly when using the "Continue" button in the main menu.
PlayStation specific
Optimize the performance of crowds of people on PlayStation 4 Pro and PlayStation 5.
Fixed various crash issues on PlayStation 4.
Xbox specific
Improved memory usage for character creation, mirrors, scanning, remote camera control, menus (inventory and map) on Xbox One, Xbox One X and Xbox One S.
Specific for PC
Achievements will now be available in Steam offline mode. Note: Offline mode must be activated before starting the game. This modification does not work retroactively.
Fixed game launch freezing issues related to cache loading with NVIDIA video cards.
Specific for Stadia
- Concert audio should no longer be inaudible in Never Fade Away.
- Fixed damaged textures for several melee weapons.
- Change the default dead zone settings to make it more responsive. Note: The change will not affect the settings, unless they are set with the default values.
