[UPDATE] WoW Shadowlands | All information on patch 9.1.5

After the latest turmoil at Blizzard it seems that unlike 9.1 we won't have to wait long before the next World of Warcraft update.

The .5 patches are usually minor patches dedicated to adding secondary content and fixes to existing content, but this one in particular promises to remedy many defects of the current expansion and to finally respond to some requests that players have been moving for some time.

So let's see what news await us in the PTR from next week.

Covenants update

Finally, it will be possible to change the Coven freely without restrictions or waits, but this will only be possible if the maximum level of Fame has been reached with one's own Coven. In this way it will also be possible to keep and use all the aesthetic rewards regardless of the Coven you belong to (Example: You can dress the set of the Venthyr riding the fly of the Necrosignori). In addition, all rewards will also be available for secondary characters with once the required level of Fame has been reached. If with a character you have finished the campaign of a certain Coven, you can skip it with the secondary characters, directly obtaining the Fame and the third Binding of the Soul.

Another modification very requested by the community is the removal of the Duct Energy, so it will be possible to change the Ducts whenever you want without restrictions.

Recycling of the Legendaries

It will be possible to destroy your own legendary pieces from the Rune Engraver for a full refund of Ashes and Soul Embers, however you will need to purchase a new receptacle to forge a new piece.

Removing the "AoE Cap"

The limit of targets hit by AoE skills has been removed, now they will deal reduced damage after the fifth target.

New customizations

Since the launch of Shadowlands the allied races seemed to be left behind compared to the classic races, so here are some new features.

In addition to the new customizations for the Allied Races, there are also new Swift Forms for the Druids and new Animorphoses for the Night Sylphs.

Updates to the Maw and secondary character leveling

The Shadowlands intro, where our characters face the horrors of the Maw for the first time, will be skipped with our secondary characters by speaking to Darion Mograine. In this way we will go directly to Oribos to choose whether to progress following the story or through the Threads of Fate, the latter will be updated with the possibility of leveling by completing the plans of Torgast the tower of the damned.

There will also be new fast travel points from Ve'nari Refuge to quickly reach Fort of Perdition and Desmotaeron.

In Korthia, however, it will be possible to access the Animum Deviator so that you can deposit the Animum without having to return to your Coven.

New Time Travel: Legion

The Legion expeditions are added to the Time Travels, so it will be possible to replay the old instances of this expansion at the maximum level and for the first time also on Mythic + difficulty.

During Legion's Time Travels, players will be able to obtain the keys to the Mythical + of Legion from Ta'hsup in Oribos. These expeditions will have their own specific set of affixes but the loot will be of the same level as the mythical + of Shadowlands, will count towards the rewards of the Grand Bank and can be enhanced with value points.

Additionally, the Tower of Magic will be reopened during this time. Unlike the old version, by completing the challenges you can get new specific transmog sets for each class by completing all 7 challenges (you will need more characters) you will get a new mount: The flying tome.

Battle for Azeroth content changes

With the arrival of 9.1.5 it will be possible to set sail for the Expeditions on the Islands both in groups and alone in all difficulties to hunt for the rewards that are hidden among the seas.

Unlocking some allied races such as Kul Tirani, Mechagnomes and Dark Iron Dwarves no longer requires the associated dungeon to be completed.

Reduced the required number of players required to access Warfronts on Normal difficulty from 15 to 5.

Finally, the classic loot rules will be activated for level 60 characters entering the dungeons and raids of Battle for Azeroth, making it easier to farm old transmogs and mounts.
