As in any self-respecting Fallout also in wastelanders, the expansion that has given life back to Fallout 76, it is possible to meet NPCs with whom to have greater interaction and to recruit so that they can help us in the various quests. These are the Allies and they can be of two factions: Marauders and Settlers.

In Wastelanders, you need to increase your reputation with these two factions so we can to recruit more easily our Allies and the advantages offered to us in battle and exploration will be greater.

Beckett

You need to go to the Rusty Pick, the place where you can trade items for legendary items. You will receive the mission of salvare Beckett from a nearby field. Once saved, you can build his bar at your CAMP and start there his mission to recruit him.

Raider Punk

There doesn't seem to be a precise location in which to find this ally, but there are more likely than others. In fact, Raider Punk seems to patrol random areas, it is possible to find him, for example, in north of Vault 76 e in the southeast corner of the map. To be able to recruit him, you must be from level 50 or have 5+ Perception, a high Reputation with the Marauders or Fortuna +8 to pass its test. Towards the end of the story, if you side with the Marauders, she will appear in their base.

Commander Sofia Daguerre

Approximately in the area indicated in the image, around level 30, you will find it in the bunker after responding to emergency radio signals. Help her recover, grab a flight recorder from a downed ship nearby and she'll join you at the camp. Follow the rest of her questline to recruit her as an ally.

Settler Forager

You can find Settle Forager at Foundation. Once you arrive at the scene, go into town and take the elevator at Paige's office. Settler Forager is an old man walking around here. It is not too difficult to find. One of the following parameters is required: Intelligence 6+, Charisma 3+, Settler Reputation or Luck 8+.

How to increase the Reputation with the factions

Increase Settler reputation: Go to their base at Foundation and collect the “Vital Equipment” daily quest. If you donate the final reward, you will even get an additional reputation. Another cool method is to take pictures and hand them over to Davenport during the “Photo Opportunities” mission. This way you will gain some reputation.

Raising the reputation of the Marauders: Talk to Rocksy in the crater. Either he'll charge you with bringing back a Marauder or repairing equipment for his faction. If you go to the water park, talk to Bones and fight some Mirelurks, you will start a quest to hunt Mirelurk for their meat. This can be given in exchange for reputation. If you manage to get Queen of Mirelurk meat, you will have a lot more heputation.

Method valid for both: I gold bars become available after completing the Wastelanders main quest. You will earn 1.000 gold bars which can be shared or kept. If you share them, you will earn reputation points. From this point on, daily and public events will be handing out Treasury Bills which can be exchanged for 10 gold bars at gold vending machines.
