SNK has released a video-announce dedicated to the expected King of Fighters XV, the new chapter fighting of one of the longest-running videogame series ever. In that video some of the characters which will appear in game through a very short teaser and the discussion of two developers.
The producer Yasuyuki Oda and the creative director Eisuke Ogura introduced the teaser which simply showed the sketches of 3 characters which will be part of the new chapter of KOF XV together with the logo of the new chapter. The wrestlers are Shun'ei, Kyo Kusanagi e Benimaru Nikaido.
Ogura said the King of Fighters XV story will pick up right where it left off in the previous chapter. About that, Shun'ei which first appeared in King of Fighters XIV, in this new episode will be the protagonist absolute. Kyo Kusanagi he is one of the most well-known characters, first appearing in King of Fighters '94, the first title of the saga, and since then almost always present in every iteration of the game; in KOF XV in addition to wearing his iconic black jacket, he will also wear his historic bandana on his head, at least in his main costume. Benimaru Nikaido he is also one of the historical characters of the saga, who however had only a brief appearance in the previous fourteenth chapter; this time the wrestler will have a more oriental look capable of touching the nostalgic strings of the longest-standing fans.
The Japanese piacchiaduro will also have its first official trailer the next January 7 2021. The game consoles on which the title will be available are not yet known.
