Not too long ago the news that he saw the director of Doom Eternal talk about how, during development, he was very close to formalizing the creation and development of a doomslayer.
In the end, nothing came of the doomslayer woman for a matter of time and resources but, as specified by the game director of iD Software Hugo Martin, the ideas to create this character were all there. The doomslayer would have had his weapons, his style, his violence: he would not have been a simple reskin of the character as we have known him.
While we wait for the second Doom DLC to maybe find some official artwork regarding that character, one forward thinking cosplayer He has put on incredibly well-made slayer armor and is improving the making of the demon slayer costume month by month.
Mind you, let's not talk about the classic genderbender with boobs in plain sight suitable for easy likes but let's talk about a reasoned and well done cosplay, with an armor that is extremely similar to what is in the final game. The cosplay, unfortunately for us, is not finished yet but already from the photos it seems to promise sparks.
The cosplayer of the case is @madsfive, not particularly famous in the round but deserving of attention for having brought such a character into real life without making particular compromises regarding the final result.
