The release of It Takes Two is approaching and, as widely expected, the expectation of fans is growing. In recent days we have been able to collect several interesting information on the next game from Hazelight Studios, both through their social channels and through the flashy statements of Josef fares, its histrionic developer, ready to bet $ 1000 out of his own pocket that no one will be bored playing with his latest creature.
Just a few days ago, we were shown a gameplay trailer in which some of the phases of the videogame were shown; however, as day one is in just over 20 days, a rather full-bodied gameplay video has been made available, with first 22 minutes of play.
We are shown the two protagonists of the adventure, Cody e May, a couple in full marital crisis who, due to a strange "magic" generated by the desire of their little daughter, are transformed into wool dolls. The only way they will have to return two normal human beings will consist in overcoming a whole set of challenges, to be overcome strictly together, as a team.
The first few minutes of the video confirm many of our first impressions: It Takes Two looks like the most classic of the platform, offering us many phases in which we will be called to perform double jumps, to dodge enemy attacks and, above all, to solve puzzles and riddles. To all this, the numerous mini-games that Fares promised in his previous interview will be added. We just have to wait for day one to be able to “touch” the new co-op work by Hazelight Studios.
We remind our readers that It Takes Two will be released next 26 March for Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X | S and PC. It is not yet known whether the game will be released at day one su Xbox Game Pass, but we tend to exclude it. Stay tuned to not miss any of our updates on this.
